Any orders placed after 11AM will be dispatched the next working day. Shipments are dispatched only on working days and no shipment during weekends and public holidays. • The wrong product was sent by the Fishon.ae.
• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product is tampered.

Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours of order made. For cancellation contact our support team by email, or online store support. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
